the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. the beds and duvet were amazing!!! rocky mountain soaps and lotions were provided. i liked free parking.

the front desk and restaurant staff were very disappointing. the hostess at the restaurant was not pleasant at all. some of the servers were the same.

The room was beautifully decorated, i really liked the rocky mountain soaps. The lotions were a great touch. the beds had amazing duvets, i slept soundly. i found the rooms nicely appointed, a thoughtful detail! i liked how clean everything was, it felt very fresh.

the location requires a car to reach attractions or other restaurants! it makes it slightly less convenient

It started way too early. the front desk staff seemed clueless about the bus schedules. the hot tub was also out of service, a bummer. guess i should have lowered my expectations a bit.
