Newly Renovated Rooms
excellent response great facilities helpful staff
The front desk staff helped me send back my iPad QUICKLY, after i left it behind. The staff response was excellent. The facilities were great and matched my expectations.
The noise from the builders was consistently audible. No one informed us about this before arrival. We found a notice only in the elevator.

The front desk personnel were friendly and provided prompt assistance with any inquiries. The barista remembered my coffee order and delivered excellent service . IT was amazing.

The queen room had two queen beds. The room was newly renovated and featured a clean, modern design. The room had all the amenities one would expect for a COMFORTABLE stay.

Mediocre Stay with some Issues
large gap front desk
The noise levels were an issue for me. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. There was a large gap under the door, I guess. the front desk staff failed to inform me of hotel services. I wasn't told about breakfast options upon arrival.

clean room nicely appointed amazing duvet unpleasant hostess restaurant staff disappointing staff
the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. the beds and duvet were amazing!!! rocky mountain soaps and lotions were provided. i liked free parking.
the front desk and restaurant staff were very disappointing. the hostess at the restaurant was not pleasant at all. some of the servers were the same.

wonderful stay
amazing duvet mountain soaps clean room appointed room
The room was beautifully decorated, i really liked the rocky mountain soaps. The lotions were a great touch. the beds had amazing duvets, i slept soundly. i found the rooms nicely appointed, a thoughtful detail! i liked how clean everything was, it felt very fresh.
the location requires a car to reach attractions or other restaurants! it makes it slightly less convenient

early noise clueless staff
It started way too early. the front desk staff seemed clueless about the bus schedules. the hot tub was also out of service, a bummer. guess i should have lowered my expectations a bit.
