The front desk staff helped me send back my iPad QUICKLY, after i left it behind. The staff response was excellent. The facilities were great and matched my expectations.

The noise from the builders was consistently audible. No one informed us about this before arrival. We found a notice only in the elevator.

The noise levels were an issue for me. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. There was a large gap under the door, I guess. the front desk staff failed to inform me of hotel services. I wasn't told about breakfast options upon arrival.

The room was beautifully decorated, i really liked the rocky mountain soaps. The lotions were a great touch. the beds had amazing duvets, i slept soundly. i found the rooms nicely appointed, a thoughtful detail! i liked how clean everything was, it felt very fresh.

the location requires a car to reach attractions or other restaurants! it makes it slightly less convenient
